The Ahh Haa Moment

 

For years, I’ve been searching for my business. I tried it all……

I thought and acted on becoming a fashion designer, woman’s high heel designer, hollywood script writer owning a film post production company, Commercial Real Estate (owning several properties) Trucking company. I thought about it all!

Born in September 2023, on Wedglea dr Dallas Tx. I was sitting on my living room couch, in a 375 sq ft efficiency apartment. An idea of partnering up with a buddy of mine to sell steaks off the grill alone with baked potatoes came across my mind. I then proceeded to share my idea with him. He agreed to it and we immediately started discussing the plan and layout. I then mentioned that we need a sauce to drive customers to what we’re grilling because so many other companies had success that way. He agreed, once we finished our conversation, “I went to work”. I quickly researched how to make a sauce. After a few hours of viewing the process, I went and bought random sauces, seasonings, herbs and spices, mixed matched and blended for days. My tongue’s taste buds were ruined from the fiery spices, so I had to stop for  hours a few times because I could no longer taste what I was mixing. I was writing down my ingredients and taking measurements. Several days later, I called my buddy and I asked, If I could bring a few of my samples over for a taste test. I had created 4 variations of sauce. He just so happened to BBQ some links and steaks that day. I came over to his house, he dipped slices of steak meat in every sauce, he was sold on that one particular sauce. He then yelled out, "That's it, That's the one”. I gave samples to other people. They also enjoyed it. My mind convinced me to bottle it up and sell it to the masses that way everyone could enjoy it. Level Up Sauce was born and here to stay…….
